How to easily prepare Borang E/EA, e-Data Praisi and upload to e-hasil for 2017
It’s the time again where a lot of HR will fret over this. It’s the inevitable season in preparing and generating Borang E and EA for your employees. The question is that how can one generate Borang E and EA easily as well as the e-Data Praisi submission to LHDN?
This month (February 2017) is the month that you as the HR would need to pass the EA forms to your employees. In this blog, we’ll show you how you can customise and make it more simpler for your employee through Kakitangan.com HR Payroll Software & Solution.
Here, Kakitangan.com has added more fields in the “Payroll->Import” so that you can have the freedom to adjust the numbers as you want:
- Accumulated Commission/Bonus
- Accumulated Allowance and Tax Excepted Allowance
- Accumulated SOCSO
Of course, the import is for the adjustment purpose. The system will them aggregate it with the numbers of the months you conducted Payroll in Kakitangan.com together and build up your EA forms.
For the Form E, there are two types of file to upload. One is e-Data Praisi and the other one is CP8D. Both e-Data Praisi and CP8D are now available on Kakitangan.com. The deadline of e-Data Praisi is 22 Feb 2017 while the deadline of e-Filing of form E is 30 April 2017.
