Introduction

This training is where the brain learns to switch between different arousal states and learns how to maintain at certain arousal states. Methodology

Selected individuals will participate in a simulation exercise using the Brain Trainer. Individuals will be briefed on the simulation process, where a soft cream will be applied on the ear lobe and forehead, used as a medium to detect brain waves. Electrodes will be placed on the ear lobe to measure heartbeat and another will be placed on the frontal lobe to detect brain wave activity. The brain waves will be interpreted by our neurotherapist after the simulation exercise is complete.This is a highly interactive training programme, whereby participants are to gain the learning points through experiential activities.
