Introduction

This course provides technicians with an understanding of the concepts of motion control. In addition to learning motion control concepts and terminology, students will also receive a hands-on introduction to controlling axis motion by using Graphical Motion Control Language (GML) software and a training workstation.

In this hands-on environment, students will establish the foundation needed to attend other courses in the motion control curriculum.
