Root Cause Analysis Workshop

Introduction

Every organization needs a strong team, but to be strong, employees need to have a solid knowledge in PROBLEM SOLVING, able to break it down into pieces and eliminate all ROOT CAUSES.

To err is human. So how do we prevent these human errors, and other factors, from transforming our products and services into defects, rejects and inaccuracies? POKA-YOKE (Error-Proofing) is a very good concept to have in mind when making decisions on corrective actions, so that it could help provide TOTAL PREVENTION.
