Lee Sa Chan
Biodata:
Lee Sa Chan is a competent trainer who has banking experience and market development training. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Management. Her experience and exposure in the financial services and banking industry certainly improved his expertise in the Customer Service Function. Sa Chan was involved in various aspects of finance in her career, including commercial banking, planning, research, sales and marketing, market development and corporate banking. Her passion for training encouraged her to customize courses that include topics about negotiation skills, Mortgage System training, Effective Leadership, Customer Service, Public Speaking, Handling Difficult Customers, Selling Skill and learning the Banking and Financial Institutions Act. She has been involved in training employees from the Sunway College, Universiti Malaya and Bank Negara.
