His last position was the Head of Resource Management for one of the largest local banks where he was responsible for the whole spectra of human resource functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment & placement, performance management system, manpower planning and succession planning. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining and managing unions and was also responsible for the merger of 3 commercial banks and 2 finance companies.
