Introduction

Managers talk a lot about employee performance. There’s constant pressure to achieve performance targets, to reach higher performance levels, and to ensure that people’s work supports and furthers the organisation’s goals. Performance management is the process to manage this performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is a quantifiable metric that reflects how well an organisation is achieving its stated goals and objectives. If your KPI is inappropriate the resulting behaviours may be counterproductive. It is important for organisations to choose the correct KPIs for business performance, it is equally useful of managers and employees define KPIs for members of their team.

This half day training will show managers/supervisors how to get the best out of others and how to develop principles, practices and behaviours to support high performance working.
