He brings with him vast industrial experience in the manufacturing, production and logistic industries. Pathir has the capability of identifying improvement opportunities in any manufacturing operations and also possesses problem-solving capabilities. His training expertise includes training engineers of Nidec Corporation, manufactures of spindle motors, mini fan motors and other types of motors on Six Sigma methodology and tools, training and coaching engineers and managers of pulp and paper mills in various parts of Indonesia in Six Sigma Green Belt, conducting Six Sigma and other related programs for Proton, Perodua, Petronas, Samsung, NSK Bearing, Konica-Minolta, Nitto Denko and Tesco in Malaysia.
