Ken Choo Tze Keen

Biodata:
Ken Choo Tze Keen is an effective trainer and a competent consultant with a successful track record in various industries. Despite a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, he focused on Business Process Management and was able to implement process improvement systems in companies in the service industry. His accomplishments include being a certified Fish Philosophy and Culture Change facilitator and a certified system lead auditor. Ken’s experience and exposure on SMEs across industries improve his skills and knowledge on various key areas in Quality management function, including environmental management training, analytical thinking, customer service improvement, customer- oriented business planning, problem solving, ISO, and quality improvement. He is also well- versed in various international systems, like EICC and ILO.
