Introduction

Safe handling of hazardous chemicals and scheduled wastes will ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health ( Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Hazardous Chemicals ) Regulations 1997, Occupational Safety and Health ( Use and Standards of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health ) Regulations 2000 and Environmental Quality ( Scheduled Wastes ) Regulations 2005.
