Introduction:

The 21st century offers employees with a business environment and landscape that are not static – in fact, dynamic and evolving on a regular basis. Employees who are able to adapt to changes will find this scenario stimulating. However, not everyone shares the same trait and sentiment. There will be those who are less adaptable to change, or require more time and reason to come out from their usual routine and to do differently. They require some form of help to enable them to understand what is happening, and to share their thoughts and concerns. Through regular engagements, for instance, they may also share their plans on how to manage the changing situation, and manage the stress that they may regularly experience.
