Preventive Maintenance (PM) is a program of routine equipment inspections, equipment monitoring and predicting, maintenance tasks and repairs which are scheduled to ensure that the degradation of equipment is minimized. The overall objective is to prevent operating problems or failures and ensure reliable operation of facilities. Effective Preventive Maintenance addresses people, their equipment and the work processes they use; is an equipment management approach that focuses the total organization on improving equipment reliability and performance.

Biodata: Nazari Haji Haron is a full- time Consultant & Trainer who conduct public training and consultancy services for the Manufacturing / Production Line.While working, he had undergone various manufacturing related trainings in Japan, UK, Switzerland and Finland. Apart from that, he has attended formal training in Toyota Production System under Asahi Glass Co., at Aichi, Nagoya Japan. Overall, he possesses 14 years of hands-on working experience in the field of Engineering which covers Production, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Plant Maintenance, Engineering Project and Quality Assurance.Nazari Haron is a renowned Trainer and Consultant whose area of expertise would be on Lean Manufacturing / Toyota Production Systems. His realm of training courses include Process Efficiency, Production Planning & Control, Standardization, Visual Control System, Inventory Management, Production Line Design, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Manufacturing Feasibility Studies, and many more.


Martin Ambrose A/L Annamalai

Biodata: Martin Ambrose specializes in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical and Quality Management courses. He is also a Certified Consultant / Trainer under the Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (MLVK), where he was mainly responsible for the development of all the training modules on Mechatronic Course H 170 (Level 1-3). In addition, he designed and developed various training modules such as HACCP for the Food Industry, ISO 9001, QS 9000 REQ, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Electrical Programs in collaboration with international and local training companies. He also acted as a Liaison Officer for organizations requiring services in Design and Development of Training and Career Pathways for Employees in the Manufacturing, Port and Bunker Operations including Hospitality and Service Industries.
