Hetal has been in the business of organizational psychology for several years focusing on consulting, training, coaching, talent selection and development, psychometric testing, developing assessment centres, outplacement and crisis consulting. Her core lies in emotional intelligence and she seeks to identify and maximize the potential of all individuals within the workplace. She has worked successfully with individuals of many levels within the banking, services, government, universities, manufacturing, oil & gas, telecommunications and transportation industries. She is also competent in providing crisis consulting. She is an accredited user of DISC, Facet 5, GeneSys, Management Potential Evaluation (MPE), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Saville & Holdsworth Ltd. (SHL) products.
