Introduction:

A 2 day Personalized Experiential Learning Program that allows participants to identify, utilize and understand their responsibility towards statutory regulation and requirement in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and cause for accident occurs in any industry for any organization.

The Program ensures that the participants understand the overview of OSH and learn “how” accident occur at jobsite and identify the root cause for incident and accident occurred at job site. The exposure to conduct initial hazard identification shall be based on the fundamental of OSH with legislative requirement and learn to create safe system of work in organization. Hazards in workplace can arise from a number of sources. The process for hazard identification is designed to identify all situations where people may possibly be exposed to injury, illness and disease arising from all sources. Prior to the introduction of any plant, substances, processes or work practices in the workplace, it is essential for the hazard identification process to be carried out to identify whether there is any potential for injury, illness or disease associated with such introduction. The program will allow the participants to understand a hazard identification process will be carried out on any plant, substances, and processes or work practices that have potential to cause a risk to health and safety that currently exit at workplace. The participants will familiarize themselves with the potential hazards and any eliminating or minimizing requirements.
