ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit

Introduction

This programme is intended to provide training in the principles, concepts and requirements of planning, implementing and performing an ISO 9001:2015 audit exercise.

Participants will be able to look into the underlying philosophy and the principles, concepts and requirements of the ISO 9000:2015 series of standards, and how to apply them within an audit context, as well as understanding the changes introduced.

Participants will also be required to review and provide the necessary clarification in the areas of non-conformance and opportunities for improvement. Emphasis and focus on ensuring follow-up and closure of the audit findings and related reports will also be reviewed to ensure total coverage.

Participants will also review the human aspect of the audit process with focus on audit team’s communication, be it intra-personal and inter-personal. The ability of the auditor in clarifying his/her decision during the audit plays an important role in ensuring that the auditee understands the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.
