Puan Sharifah has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry specialising in letters of credit & international trade finance, business loan processing, credit & financial analysis, and general banking operations.Puan Sharifah regularly conducts and facilitates public and in-house training programmes on Letter of Credit and Trade Finance and Certificate in Shipping – Module 7 – Banking for Shippers. In addition, she attends seminars and conferences pertaining to international trade finance.In addition, Puan Sharifah also conducts various English language courses such as Effective Communication at Workplace, Business and Email Writing and Etiquette, Public Speaking programmes, and Enhance Corporate Image.For 5 years, she was a member of the Johor Bahru Toastmasters Club District 51 where she completed ten projects of communication and leadership programme and was awarded the Competent Toastmastership Award.
