Maximising Workplace Style

Introduction

Participants will complete an online assessment a week before attending the workshop. Each participant will receive a comprehensive 20-page report on their Work Style*. The results from these reports will form the basis for the activities, games, simulations, discussions and structured challenges that the group will experience. Focus is on self-discovery; first of unproductive behavior then to more effective ways of being group members.

Optional 11-page Comparison Reports* can also be created for any two participants (between peers or leaders with their direct reports) to clarify their similarities and differences with a view to building more effective working relationships.

The workshop will follow a tried and tested sequence of steps that will help integrate new learnings.

• Introduction of concepts in discussion and briefing sessions
• Putting to practice the concepts through activities

• Debrief of happenings during the activities and the learning points
• Reinforcement of the learning through further activities.

• To understand how applying these values can build an organization’s reputation/brand.
• To develop a professional attitude as a result of living these values.
