Trainer

Andrew Palaventhram Rayappan

Biodata:
A highly competent system professional and a leading manager, trainer, facilitator in production engineering, quality engineering, equipment engineering, process engineering, new product introduction and project management. He brings with him 30 years of experience in manufacturing engineering from multinational semiconductor organizations. He has over 10 years of expertise in planning, implementing and institutionalizing TPM culture for a plant wide workforce of 6000 employees and was instrumental in the implementation of TPM-8 Pillars methodology through 3 phases. Andrew also leads a Mentorship Program for Manufacturing Engineers where engineers learn to better understand, perform and attain a high core competency composition for a brighter career path.
