Trainer

Roslan Bin Sabri

Biodata:

Roslan Bin Sabri, holds a PhD in Industrial Safety Psychology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. He started his training career in 1997. He has 14 years of training exposure and attended professional courses on Compliance To Environmental Laws & Regulations by Petronas Dagangan Berhad, Hearing Conversation and Train the Trainer courses by NIOSH.

He has vast working experience and exposure in the field of Training, Management, Education, Logistics, Administration and Operations. He began his career in the education line, and then ventured into operations and administration. He was promoted to a supervisory level and then moved on to the executive level. He proved himself well by joining Mawar Medical Centre as a Course Director and that was when his training career began. After a few years, he left the company and joined Safety Utama Training And Management Services as a Director where he remains till today. He was also the Executive Director of Safety Mark Consultant & Services Sdn Bhd from 2002 – 2003.

He continuously updates his knowledge to benefit the people and organizations who need his coaching and training to apply and improve their performance at the workplace. He believes change in the workplace is a powerful motivator for employees and the organization; a footstep to drive forward challenges and meet businesses outside.
