Joseph Clarence Michael is in a unique position of being both a Technical Director and a Engineering Consultant for the past 30 years. He supports local industries in areas to enhance their projects in resources, operations, production, and vendor/supplier management.His extensive knowledge in coordinating programs of mechanical engineering and other engineering disciplines enables him to deliver topics in various branches of engineering to all levels of students and technical personnel. He is able to present his concept to both English and Malay speaking participants with ease.He has trained almost 500 companies and 3000 personnel. He has been involved in training for the 18 years and has trained personnel from numerous companies including Rubberflex, Aker Solution, Worley Parson, IRIS Cooperation, Jardine Antah Schindler, Mardec, Mattel, Fujitsu Component, Dunlop Malaysia, Sirim, Penang Port, and Petronas Oil and Gas Refinery Plant.
