Maimal Faiz Abdul Malik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from UKM, a Diploma in Public Administration from UiTM, and a Certificate in Personnel Management from MIPM.He is an experienced Human Resource Practitioner of 16 years covering the total spectrum of Human Resource Management, from banking to telecommunication industry. He specializes in the area of Selection, Competency Modeling, Performance Management System and Balance Scorecard.He has conducted numerous public workshops on Balanced Scorecard, Training Needs Analysis, Time Management, Compensation Advantage, Conducting Effective Meetings and many more. He has also facilitated various in-house workshops on Strategic Management, Balanced Scorecards, and Developing Competitive Strategy among others.
