Her key programs for human resource include training needs analysis, performance management system, training & development, recruitment & selection and compensation & benefit. She has held managerial positions in diverse industries namely the service industry, integrated facilities management, vertical & horizontal transportation, manufacturing, construction, cleaning services and with the Graduate Employability Management Scheme project.
