Zalina is an experienced module development & training specialist for more than 25 years and her work experience ranges from service operations, communications, to human resource management, purchasing, housekeeping, occupational safety & health and even education industries. She holds a Occupational Safety & Health Officer (NIOSH) certification and her popular safety related programs are hazard Identification at workplace, OSHA 1994, ergonomics in the office and dangerous goods. Her key programs for human resource include training needs analysis, performance management system, training & development, recruitment & selection and compensation & benefit. She has held managerial positions in diverse industries namely the service industry, integrated facilities management, vertical & horizontal transportation, manufacturing, construction, cleaning services and with the Graduate Employability Management Scheme project.
