Currently, many organizations in the world are facing the problem of having 3 very distinct generations at the workplace. Each of these generations bring their own set of beliefs and values which is very different with other generations. As a result, conflicts can arise at the workplace. Biodata:
Dr Kamal is not a new face to the training fraternity as he has carried out extensive training programs for companies such as Petronas, Maybank, Westport, Volvo, Johor Port, Sime Tyres, Giant and many government agencies companies. He is known for his approach in delivering his training with current methodologies especially catering to the change in climate of corporate culture.
