 Chemical-Handling-and-Noise-Monitoring-HRDF-Trainings

Introduction:

This training is suitable for all chemical handlers where participants will be provided with a very comprehensive explanation on all aspects related with safety in chemical handling, starting from receiving chemical for operational use until final disposal of chemical waste. Based on the USECHH Regulations, it is mandatory for every organization to conduct chemical safety training for all chemical handlers at least once in every 2 years.

It is a training program subjected to factories and machinery act (Noise Exposure Regulation 1989) where section 27 of that regulation requires management to provide an awareness training program to all its workers who are exposed to high noise level. The proposed program aim is to provide the necessary information and to caution workers from having a permanent hearing impairment. The regulation clearly stipulates that it is a must for workers to repeat the training session every two years.

It is important for the Management to understand the act and show their commitment towards compliance. Workers also must play their role by complying and demonstrate their cooperation towards the management’s efforts.

For this reason, we recommend the above training course which has been carefully designed for all who are exposed to high noise. The course consist of theory and practical demonstration and video presentation, lectures can be conducted either in Bahasa Malaysia or English to suit the participants requirement.
