Trainer

Ong Chee Eng

Biodata: Ong Chee Eng holds Master of Management, has more than 30 years of corporate experience with a multi-national financial institution, covering areas such as Operations, Collection, Finance and Human Resources. He provides trainings in various areas, including leadership and organizational effectiveness. Ong Chee Eng is an Accredited Administrator of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) ® by Australian Psychologist Press & Asianic Psychologists Press (APP) since 2007. He was awarded Certified Training Professional (CTP) by ITD / ARTDO. He is a PSMB certified trainer (Certificate No. TTT/4705) and has been appointed as Trainer for PSMB 5-day Train-The-Trainer Program since 2011. He was also awarded Certified Coaching & Mentoring Professional (CCMP) by ITD in 2013.


Sue Lim Soh Buay

Biodata: Sue Lim Soh Buay is an effective trainer and consultant specializing in the Human Resource and Legal function. Having a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a degree in Economics, both from schools in United Kingdom, she is already an authority in various subject matters regarding the corporate world. Her 20 years of experience in respectable companies in various industries helped her become a reputable facilitator of the HRM Module and in- demand speaker of numerous workshops and training programs. Sue ensures that her training sessions also tackle topics from different areas, such as Customer Service function, Managerial & Supervisory skills and Organizational Effectiveness. With her exposure and experience in the field of people development, she also has the proper knowledge and skills in Leadership and Communication, which she chooses to share to her participants.


Danny Chee Kok Beng

Biodata: Danny Chee Kok Beng is a certified trainer who has gotten excellent feedback for his passionate approach and fresh perspectives on various subject matters. Getting a Master’s degree in Business Management, a professional degree in information technology and certifications in Computer Programming and Information Processing had helped him become an authority in Human Resource and Legal function, as well as the Customer Service function. Danny Chee’s corporate experience improved his technical skills and prepared him for training and development. In fact, he is a certified Train- The- Trainer facilitator and also got a certification of Teaching in Higher Education. His workshops and training programs deal with a variety of topics, including Personal Effectiveness, Managerial & Supervisory skills, Organizational Dynamics & Corporate Responsibility and Leadership.


Jesslyn Lee Mee Lin

Biodata: Jesslyn Lee Mee Lin is a Corporate Trainer with more than 18 years of experience in training and development. She has lectured with various leading colleges, teaching institutes and organizations in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, China and Batam. She holds a Master in Business Administration from University Portsmouth, United Kingdom and is also a Certified Trainer from IPD, United Kingdom and IPC Revision D from IPC, Australia respectively. Apart from that, she is also a Certified Safety & Health Officer from NIOSH. Some of the many courses she has developed and conducted are Poka Yoke Training Program, Fundamentals of Human Resources Management, Communication Skills Training, Misconduct & Disciplinary Procedure, Effective Meeting Skills, Induction Training For Foreign Workers, Sikap Kerja Positif, TNA & Annual Training Plan.She conducts her courses in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
