Biodata:
Eunice Lee has 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Her key areas of experience are Design and development of human resource policies and procedures, HRIS, performance management and compensation schemes; Job analysis, design and evaluation; Manpower planning and staff succession planning; Competency profiling and KPI development; Training and development; and Knowledge management. Eunice is a holder of Master’s in Business Administration from the International Management Centre (IMC), United Kingdom, as well as a Certificate in Personnel Management from the Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management (MIPM), Certificate in Training Management, Certificate in Knowledge Management and Advance Certificate in Knowledge Management from JT Frank Academy.
