Trainer

Philip Leong Kah Wai

Biodata: Philip Leong Kah Wai is a consistent trainer, competent coach and an active community advocate. His experience as an entrepreneur and a corporate worker for 25 years improved his skills and knowledge with regards to a lot of subject matters, including the Customer Service function, Team Performance, Mindset Change and Managerial & Supervisory skills. Philip has training, development and coaching programs under his belt, which tackles both Personal Effectiveness and Organizational Effectiveness. His qualifications include a Master of Management joint degree and membership in the International Coach Federation. His numerous leadership training and team building programs have improved thousands of corporations and individuals, making him a top performer in his line of work. His experience, expertise and exposure surely channel his energies to improve his knowledge and skills, and share them with the world.


Muhammad Taufik Bin Hj. Muhammad

Biodata: Muhammad Taufik holds a Business Administration (Honours) degree from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. He is also a PSMB certified trainer, certified business networking trainer (level II), certified coach for the Young Entrepreneur Society of Malaysia and certified master trainer with Gabriel Knight Training Guild.Muhammad worked as the Marketing Consultant at Porsche Center in the United Kingdom and later at the Royal Mail in the United Kingdom as the Programme Head for Strategy and communication where he developed programmes on customer service, teambuilding, motivation and for new employees to the organization. He was also heavily involved as a public speaker for a well-known political group.His motivating style of speeches and ability to influence others allows him to be a natural at delivering team building programmes.


Anita Shanmugam

Biodata: Anita Shanmugam is an effective trainer with years of experience and expertise under her belt. Her exposure as a Corporate Sales Executive and a Sales/ Marketing Director sharpened various skills in her arsenal, including supervisory & managerial skills, performance management, customer service function and sales & marketing. Anita’s hands- on approach increases the understanding of participants on varied subject matters, including Time Management, Positive Work Attitude, Creative Problem Solving, Stress Management, Supervisory Development, Communication, Grooming, Rehabilitation of Behavior and counseling among others.
