Fazli Bin Husain

Biodata:
Fazli brings with him over 20 years’ experience covering all spectrum of Human Resource and has served in several local companies and MNCs. His previous involvement was as senior manager in human capital development & general affairs, where he was responsible for all IR issues of the group including representing the company in conciliation, union collective agreement negotiations and court cases. He also has experience of working in human resource for the manufacturing industry. He has conducted many internal and public training programmes on supervisory skills, labour laws, domestic inquiry, managing discipline and misconduct.
