He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of training and development. Over the years, he had developed many training materials and modules on Boiler and Steam Generation Boilerman, Boiler Operation and Maintenance, The Fundamentals for Boilerman, The Guide to Operations Excellence and has delivered them to various clients ranging from SMIs to MNCs. Prior to his training career, he held various technical and management positions from production supervisor, project manager, to assistant plant manager, and plant superintendent. He has acquired vast experience in the boiler and steam generation areas and often sought after for advice and consultancy services
